New work out video

Ok, so this girl in our work out class brought some new workout videos. They were awesome. The instructor's name is Jackie Warren. I guess she's a big wig in Holly wood. She kicked my fanny. She has the best core and ab routine. We did two of her workouts this week. I haven't been this sore since P90X. She charges $400 an hour for her penthouse gym.

A New Day

I went for a walk today - It felt good! I am going to do my best to stick to my schedule. I think if I could just start having some consistency on something in my life it would help. Thanks for all being great sisters!

Fast Sunday

Hey girls! I wanted to share something. At the time out for women the Eye's gave a suggestion of starting some family traditions. One that they suggested was to have every one in your family share their testimony around the dinner table on fast Sunday. We tried it this Sunday and it worked great. When we got to Hunter, he said that he didn't have a testimony. It was a really great teaching moment to teach him how to say the things that he believes. We are going to for sure make this a family tradition!!!
